Shipping Policy

All of our products are shipped from the Medicine Buddha Tantrayana Meditation Centre located in Frankston South, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Our high quality items can be sent throughout Australia and to selected countries and regions across the world.

All domestic Australian orders are sent via Australia Post

International deliveries are shipped using Express Courier International via Australia Post.

Shipping costs are calculated by gross weight.

Delivery insurance cover can be organised on request at the buyers expense. You can also request a signature on delivery for a small additional charge.

We cannot send bulky items to PO boxes or small letterboxes, these items will be available to collect from your nearest post office.

We do not have liability for items once they enter the postal system.

Return & Exchange Policy

We sell high quality products and check everything for damage and faults before stocking our store.

A refund, exchange or store credit is offered for 30 days after receiving your order if there is a manufacturing fault or prior damage. Please get in contact immediately to let us know what concerns you.

If the item was incorrectly assigned and you have received the wrong product we will replace it once we receive the original item back.

We will cover the postage costs to send the correct item back to you.

All items must be returned unused and unworn, in the original packaging (if this applies) or as a complete set. Please get in contact if you have any questions.

Customers must cover the cost of the return mail delivery cost.

If your are local you can arrange a time to drop by in person.

Sale items are final and not returnable.
