About the Event
Dear Sangha,
Upon requests from students, Lama Tendar will kindly give a five-day teaching on how to practice Yamantaka long sadhana.
The daily program 6am to 5pm is as the follow:
6am - 8am:
Preliminary teaching to generation the mind of renunciation, Bodhichita and the correct view of emptiness, followed by self-generation practice with Yamantaka long sadhana.
9am - 11am:
Teaching about generation stage, based on “Yamantaka Cycle Texts: instructions on the generation and completion stages of the Solitary Hero Vajrabhairava.”
11.30am - 1pm:
Question and answer session about how to perform mudras and use implements
2pm - 3.30pm:
Teaching on generation stage with meditation and visualisation
3.45pm - 5pm:
Meditation and dedication (Dissolution in the last day)

If you can’t attend an event or course, we offer a credit equal to the amount paid, valid for six months.
This credit can be used for events, courses, shop purchases, or donations.
To request a credit, please contact us at least 48 hours before an event or within two weeks for courses.
All requests are subject to approval.
