We have completed the first eight classes on Lam Rim verses in Guru puja. Following Lama Tendar’s instruction, we will continue this discussion every Wednesday throughout 2025.

Beginning in the first week, we will spend six weeks focusing on Karma and dependent origination. This will be followed by completion on the perfection in giving, morality, patience, and perseverance. The contemplation on the perfections will be combined with learning techniques of mind training to overcome negative mental states.

Looking forward to seeing you consistently in class. Together, let’s make a good effort to generate a more positive mindset for the wellbeing of all.

Series of teachings every Wednesday evening throughout 2025

Contents of the teaching and practice sessions:

• 1. Practice Lama Tzong Khapa guru puja; and

• 2. Contemplate the meaning of the verses of reviewing the stages on the path.

The discussion will be guided by commentary on guru puja practice by His Holiness Dalai Lama and Lam Rim Chen Mo by Lama Tzong Khapa.

Contribution: $25 per person per class.

This credit can be used for events, courses, shop purchases, or donations.
